Make Your Body Work Online Fitness Review

Disclosure: I got this product as part of an advertorial.

Are you like me and don't really care to go to the gym for one reason or another?  Or are there days that you just can't seem to make it to the gym?  If so, I have the solution for you!  I have been working with Make Your Body Work.  This is an online fitness program that you can do in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Best of all there isn't any special equipment required!!

What's great about this online fitness program is that they are with you every step of the way.  This is also great for those that are just starting their workout journey.  You will receive motivational emails from them to help keep you going and makes you accountable.

When you sign up for the site and you start a workout after you are finished there is a button that you click saying you have done the workout!  It is on the honor system so if you don't really do the workout you are only cheating yourself.

The video above is also posted on Make Your Body Work site.  This is their free work out for you to try before you sign up.

Membership:
We created the free membership so that anyone can join our program and make use of the resources we offer. Free members just have to share their workout on social media (Facebook, Linkedin, or Twitter) before they begin. Premium members don’t have to do any social sharing before they begin their workout…unless they want to help spread the word about Make Your Body Work of course!

The cost of premium membership is a low $8 a month.  That is what it would cost for a lunch out somewhere. So to be able to have the premium membership all you would need to do is not go out and eat one meal a month!!  Even if you don't want to do the premium membership you can always stick with the free membership.  You can sign up today by clicking HERE.
