This is really easy to use, although having someone to help wrap you makes it that much easier.  To get started with it you will want to bowl enough water to cover the bandages in a bowl and let it sit for about 10 to 15 minutes,  mix a small amount of water and the clay packet in a small bowl.  Mix it to a clay consistency then apply to the area you are wanting to treat.  Once you have applied the clay you will wrap with the bandages and secure with the clips or safety pin.  I found that a safety pin worked better and held it securely.  Once you have wrapped the bandage around the area you will want to wrap that with some plastic wrap so it will help hold the heat in.  Leave it on for an hour while you do other things around the house. 

While you are doing things you need to you are also helping your body detox some.  Once your hour is up you will rinse or wipe off the clay and go on as normal.  I noticed that my skin felt soft after using which is nice.

INSTRUCTIONS! Boil a Kettle of Water. Open the Wraps and Put Them in the Bowl. Set Aside the Clips. Pour the Boiling Water Into the Bowl Enough to Cover the Wraps.
