You get so much in the pack. You receive the tape measure, caliper, a chart for both men and women and instructions.
The tape measure is really nice. With this design it makes it easy to get an accurate measurement. It locks into place for an accurate measurement.
The Caliper is nice also. Easy to use too. When you are measuring yourself you are able to read it easily so you can refer back to the BMI Chart.
