Self Cleaning Dog Brush

Having two fur babies I am always on the look out for the next greatest product for them.  I love pampering them with toys, treats, food, clothing (yes, I dress them up) and grooming products.

I was able to review Epica Self-Cleaning Slicker Brush with Pivoting Head for Dogs.  Even though Sissy doesn't require this type of brush Kai does.

I really liked this brush. Although you have to be careful how hard you brush because of the bristles.

The handle is nice and soft which makes brushing easy and so does the wide brushing surface.

I was able to brush through Kai's hair fairly easy.  Even the knots he had took little effort to remove them.  With the pivoting head it made it easy to go over his whole body.

Since it had been a while since I had brushed him pus he is always playing and rolling around outside there was quiet a bit of hair in the brush.

Cleaning of the brush was painless! All you do is push the button on the back part of the brushing head raises so you can easily remove hair.  Once removed you have a nice clean brush ready for it's next use.

The way Kai felt after his brushing felt and looked really nice.  He pranced around showing off.

Product Description

The Epica's pivoting head makes the grooming experience more comfortable and efficient for both you and your dog. And with retractable pins, clean-up's a cinch too! Retractable Pins Make Brush Cleaning Easy
Simply push the retractor button, and the pin bed is left bare for you to shake off the hair. It's so fast and easy, you can even do it in mid-groom while keeping one hand on your dog.I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
Pivoting Head Adjusts to Your Pet's Curves
Reaching all your pet's sides and angles can be difficult with an ordinary brush. Epica came up with a brilliant solution: instead of bending and straining your wrist, you adjust the angle of the brush head. Now even brushing his belly is a breeze!
Durable Stainless Steel with Non-Slip Grip
Sturdily constructed for long use, the Epica features flexible, non-rusting stainless steel pins that gently but thoroughly remove tangles and dead hair build-up in the undercoat. Non-slip gripper nodes on the handle keep you completely in control.
